What is a prosthodontist?
A prosthodontist is a dental specialist with advanced training in restoring and replacing teeth – especially in complex cases. Dr. Norvell completed three years of specialty training after dental school to become an expert in full-mouth reconstructions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.

Are you a part of a corporate chain?
Nope. We’re proudly local and independently owned. Founded in 2018 by Dr. Nicholas Norvell – a Wilson County native, U.S. Navy veteran, and father of four – Restoration Dentistry was built to reflect the kind of care we’d want for our own families. When you walk through our doors, you’re never just a number.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We work with all major PPO dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf. Our team helps you maximize your benefits and minimize out-of-pocket surprises.
Why are you only open 3 days per week?
Restoration Dentistry operates on a focused weekly schedule, but that’s only part of the full picture. Outside of clinical hours, Dr. Norvell serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve, teaches at various dental schools, oversees all in-house lab work, and more. Not to mention, he is a dedicated husband and father of four.
This balanced model allows our practice to stay deeply involved in education, innovation, and community while maintaining an exceptional standard of patient care.
How much do implants cost?
Every smile is unique, but we believe in full transparency. Our all-inclusive pricing makes what can feel overwhelming refreshingly simple:
Single implant and crown – $4,999
Snap-on dentures with 4–6 implants – $14,999
Permanent zirconia bridge with full mouth dental implants – $19,999

Is same day treatment really possible?
Yes. With our in-house lab, advanced 3D imaging, and precise planning, many of our patients leave with new teeth the same day as their full mouth dental implant surgery. You get speed, comfort, and results without sacrificing quality.
