We understand that dental concerns don’t always happen during business hours. If you’re a current patient and you’re experiencing a true dental emergency such as trauma, swelling, or uncontrolled pain, please call our main number at (615) 257-7723 and follow the voicemail prompts to reach our on-call provider.

What is a Dental Emergency?

Here are some examples of problems that require immediate care:
  • Severe tooth or jaw pain that doesn’t respond to over-the-counter medication
  • Facial swelling or signs of infection (fever, pus, difficulty swallowing)
  • A broken or cracked tooth causing pain or bleeding
  • A knocked-out or loose adult tooth
  • Trauma to the teeth, mouth, or jaw

From Nashville:
Take I-40 East to Exit 226 (Mt. Juliet Rd). Head south and turn right onto Providence Parkway by Walgreens. Providence Station is on your left with parking in the front.

From Lebanon:
Take I-40 West to Exit 226. Head south on Mt. Juliet Rd, then right on Providence Parkway by Walgreens. Providence Station is on your left with parking in the front.

🅟 Accessibility, Parking & Entrance

We’ve designed our space to make every visit as easy and welcoming as possible from the moment you arrive.

Parking:
Free parking is available directly in front of the building. You won’t need to hunt for a spot or navigate a parking garage – just pull in, park, and walk right in.

Accessibility:
Our office is ADA-compliant, with reserved accessible parking spots, a flat walkway, and wheelchair-friendly treatment rooms. If you need assistance at any point, just let us know.

Entrance:
We’re located on the second floor with clearly marked signage on the building and door. If it’s your first time visiting, keep an eye out for the Restoration Dentistry logo. We’re right across from the entrance to MySalon Suites.
